RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
Stratus Wear will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased only from this site with a provided “Return Authorization Number”. Please use the “Contact Us” email address from our web site to request your “Return Authorization Number” from our Customer Support Department.
When returning a product(s) for either a refund or an exchange, please print the provided “Return Authorization Number” on the outside of the package. The returned item must be accompanied with its original packaging and must not have been worn, damaged, altered or washed. Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original product packaging. Please return the product(s) to the return address provided below utilizing any shipping method available with shipment tracking capabilities. Return shipping costs shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds: Refunds will only be offered on authorized returns made within 30 days of the original shipping date. Upon receipt of the original item(s), the original purchasing credit card shall be credited, minus shipping & handling costs. For returns received after 30 days, authorized refunds will be issued in the form of an online Stratus Wear Store Credit or a Stratus Wear Gift Card in the amount of the original returned item(s).
Exchanges: Upon receipt of the authorized returned item, a replacement item(s) will be shipped out accordingly with complimentary ground shipping.
Note: International orders and sale/clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
